01 / 05 The beginning
ABOUT ME.
Technology Entrepreneur | Business Problem Solver | Lifelong Learner
02 / 05 Who I am today
The Thinking Behind My Work.
I believe businesses don't always need more technology. They need the right solutions to the right problems.
I'm Ali Adeel, Founder and Managing Director of Web Queenz, where I work with my team to turn business challenges into practical digital solutions.
My work spans custom software, SaaS products, AI-assisted development, e-commerce and business process improvement. I focus on understanding how a business operates before deciding what technology it actually needs.
I'm also building Fleetexa, a chauffeur operations SaaS platform currently in beta testing.
Beyond my own projects, I enjoy sharing knowledge and helping others develop practical technology skills.

03 / 05 Where it all began
It Started With Curiosity.
- 01
My fascination with computers began in childhood, long before I imagined a career in technology.
- 02
I didn't just want to use them. I wanted to understand how they worked.
- 03
So I started learning on my own. I explored, experimented, made mistakes and learned from people who knew more than I did.
- 04
Every new discovery led to another question, another challenge and another opportunity to learn.
- 05
Years passed, technology changed, and my professional journey took me in different directions. But that curiosity never disappeared.
- 06
Even today, I'm still learning, experimenting and exploring what technology can make possible.
For me, technology has never been just a profession. It's a passion that grew with me.
04 / 05 Two worlds
Two Worlds. One Perspective.
Before building digital solutions, I spent over 17 years in port and cargo operations, managing teams, complex workflows, logistics and high-pressure responsibilities.
That experience taught me something no technology course could: how businesses operate in the real world, how decisions affect people, and why practical solutions matter.
Alongside those years, my passion for technology continued to grow.
Today, I bring both worlds together — real operational experience and hands-on technology expertise — to understand problems, improve processes and build solutions with purpose.
Technology taught me how to build things. Experience taught me what was worth building.
And there's still so much more I want to learn, explore and create.
